This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about game developers that are customers of BugQuest ("Developers") and information collected from games that use our Services ("Service Data"). SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Section 1 of this Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information collected from Developers using the Services. Section 2 covers our treatment of Service Data. Section 3 contains information about our privacy practices that applies to both categories of information, including information collected when an individual uses our websites.

What information does we collect from Developers?
Usage Data
We collect information relating to the usage of the Services from Developers to provide and improve our services, optimize performance, and ensure appropriate billing for use of the Service.

When you create an account with us, you will provide us with certain information such as your name, contact information, company name, and account credentials. This information is used to provide you with the Services and communicate with you about your account.
How we use Developer information?
Our primary goal in collecting information from Developers is to:
- Provide and maintain the Services
- Contact you regarding your use of the Services
- Process your payments and billing
- Send important service updates and announcements
- Provide technical support
- Improve and optimize our Services
How can Developers change or delete information?
You may review, update, correct or delete your account information by contacting us. If you would like us to delete your account, please contact us at support@bugquest.gg with your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
If you request deletion of your account, we reserve the right to terminate and/or limit your access to the Services, as we may need certain information to provide the Services to you. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

What Service Data do we collect?
The Services collect the following types of information from games that use the Services:

Developer-Supplied Information
Developers may send additional information to the Services through log messages, error reports, or other mechanisms. Such information is not considered Service Data and is not governed by this Privacy Policy. Developers are solely responsible for ensuring any information they choose to send complies with applicable laws and their own privacy policies.
How do we use Service Data?
The information collected by the Services helps Developers:
- Effectively identify and ban cheaters
- Diagnose errors related to game software malfunction
- Diagnose errors related to specific hardware or operating systems
- Diagnose errors related to network connectivity issues
Our algorithms process and analyze the data separately for each Developer. We also aggregate information across Developers to improve our Services and enhance our detection capabilities.
